Digital Project Manager

This was a really challenging build that consisted of coordinating teams in India, the UK and Australia. There were numerous technical aspects that continuously evolved as the project progressed and the feasibility study had not been completed correctly by the previous team. Nonetheless we managed to deliver the project on budget and the client celebrated by taking us out on their yacht!! Happy days indeed
